I purchased a set of your Kinetic Bands a couple of weeks ago and I'm just emailing to confirm that they have been delivered. I'm happy with the time it took for the item to be delivered due to the Icelandic volcano eruption and was actually shocked at how quickly they arrived, considering the circumstances.
Great item, just tried them out today and really can see my self using them as part of my routine exercises and predict improvement.

I received the product really quickly so thank you for that. I have had a chance to train with them and they are fantastic! Multiple jumps, lunges followed by static hold of external rotation of the hip in a squat position superset I have found very effective! The product is great as it acts as resistance training on flexion of the hip and then over speed training on extension of the hip!

Four athletes, who used the bands I purchased in October for our indoor program, just competed in the Texas state meet. All four placed and one is the Class 4A 400m State Champion! The others placed 3rd in their events (Texas 5A Girls 100m Hurdles; Texas 5A Boys 400m; Texas 5A Boys 4x400m Relay) and made the podium. We have now been using the bands for two weeks he (9 yr old son) has cut over 1 second off his forty time. Two of the coaches on his football team just said to me yesterday he is looking a lot faster. We have been using the exercises you recommended his cone hops both side and front to back have increased from 15 to 20 on the side hops and from 13 to 17 on the front hops in a 15 second interval. I am pleasantly surprised, in fact when I take my morning walk I now use his bands with the red bands attached.

I received my bands a couple of weeks ago and let me first say thank you so much for creating such an amazing tool. I am coaching some cross country Olympic skiers. As a ski coach I am always looking in dry land training to simulate and work on balance strength that is needed for the unstable environment of snow skiing your bands allow us to do this as well as strengthen biomechanical form.

I was a wide receiver and sprinter for the University of Pittsburgh. I am now the strength coach and speed development specialist at http://www.corexcell.com/. I found the Kinetic Bands on Youtube, tried them and love them. One of our struggling athletes has made drastic changes in his running. He had better knee drive, flexibility and stride frequency in just two weeks. Now I have a division I baseball prospect player who has stride length problems. I know the Bands will help cut his 60 time since he has hit a plateau. Your bands will be a part of all our speed drills, and sport specific drills. We will be ordering more soon.

Physiotherapy Associates: Recent research shows that core and hip weakness are correlated with increased low back, knee, and ankle injuries. Thus, strengthening the hip reduces risk of serious lower extremity injury. Hip muscular activation affects the ability of both the quadriceps and hamstrings to generate an overall muscle balance of the lower legs of which increases a persons ability to perform at a higher functional capacity. We use the KINETIC BANDS from Myosource to do just that with the majority of our patient and athlete population by focusing on enhancing the strength of the hip musculature.
