Myosource Kinetic Bands™ work the quick twitch muscles in your "Core" area (hams, glutes, quads, lower abdominals, hip flexor) that will make you FASTER, QUICKER, STRONGER. Increase FLEXIBILITY while improving BALANCE and STAMINA, all without changing your normal workout routine. Kinetic Bands™ complement any workout routine or weight-loss program and are ideal for use during sport specific training since they allow for full range of motion.

Each set of our lower body Kinetic Bands™ includes:

2 easily adjustable velcro leg straps
2 sets of resistance bands
Handy travel bag

We offer our unique exercise bands in two sizes so smaller athletes, generally those weighing less than 110 pounds, can benefit from the resistance provided from shorter resistance bands. You will be asked to describe the user and select one of the following two options when ordering:

User weighs more than 110 pounds: Includes a set of green bands (used for full range of motion) and a set of red bands (used for light stretching). Each set contains one long band (placed in front) and one short band (placed in back). This new design was introduced in Spring 2011. Shortening the length of the back band helps fire the hanstrings and glutes at a more equal level with the quadriceps.

User weighs less than 110 pounds: Includes a set of yellow bands (for beginners) and a set of red bands (for advanced users). Both bands in each set are of equal size and just like our standard set, one band should be attached to the front D-rings on both leg straps and the other band attached to the back D-rings on both leg straps.

I bought these and they were great until i broke all of the bands red, green and blue. If you plan on doing super intense workouts, you might want to buy an extra set. Each pair of bands snapped after 5-7 workout sessions. The product its wonderful but it is not meant for 3 hr high stress workouts. If you are a casual athlete then disregard this review!

I learned of the bands from my teammate the other week and he let me test them out. I was very satisfied with how well they worked and I had never seen any other bands that allowed the freedom of motion that the Kinetic Bands did. I will definitely recommend the bands to my other teammates as I see them really helping in many aspects.

Thanks I do agree with the bands working on the hamstrings and glutes since using your kinetic bands about 3 yrs ago I since have athletes running low 4.4's and one even running 4.39 on laser. Thanks again.

I am atrainer & also a gym owner. I purchased 4 sets of Kinectic Bandsabout a year ago for my kids. Needless to say the bands worked awesome.Now I would like to incorperate it into my Travel Softball Team speed& conditoning training.

I'm from the UK and I'm so impressed at how fast the shipping was for these bands, mine came in a week. I hesitated at first a bit for buying this product, as with the additional shiping fee along with the price for the bands, it was going to be a real cash set back. But I'm so happy that I bought these bands and I really made the right decision to buy them. The resistance in the bands are really great and you can do a lot of exercises that really target the hip flexor muscles especially. I would really reccomend this product for anyone who wants to get faster/ enhance leg muscle physique. I LOVE this product. Thanks Myosource!! :)

i love the leg bands...been using them since 09 an i have really got faster....please NEVER stop making these bands lol if u do, let me know so i can buy 50 an keep ....your product really helped me get faster.... from a4.75 40 to a 4.49 but ive been using them CONSISTANLY.

I have 4 basketball teams in my program between ages of 10 & 13 and ever since we started using the bands our team speed has improved tremendously on both sides of the ball, offense & defense. We practice with them on, we do conditioning with them on. I have never seen a product that can help your speed develop so fast. Everyone of my teams use them and results are seen not only by me but by the parents too. My advice to anyone trying to get to the next level in sports is to use the bands.
