Elastics for weight training isn't a new concept but Myosource has figured out a clever way to adjust the tension without having to constantly change the elastics or tie them up in clumsy knots. One of the best ideas I've seen yet.

I purchased the Upper Body Kinetic Bands with 3 lengths of bands to use for the flab under my arms and also for rehab in my left shoulder. I was unable to raise my arm due to the pain. The bands have helped relieve the pain and I can raise my arm higher than before. The strap behind the back is easy to use and very comfortable as well as convenient to stand on and use while watching tv. Love the 3 different lengths of bands.

Got this for my wife because she always has an excuse for any resistance training. I also use it for my punching. I like it a lot.
