If you are like most cheerleaders you will be motivated to increase your cheer jumps to get the attention of coaches, trainers, the competition and the crowd. Cheerleaders around the world are looking for ways to perform higher and body controlled cheer jumps. Myosource Kinetic Bands are used in the video above for building jumping power, core, hip, groin and leg strength, flexibility, momentum in the upper body and an explosive core to transfer power through the upper and lower body. What do great cheer jumps require?
Explosive Muscles: Cheerleaders who are serious about their cheer jumps realize that cheer jumps require muscle strength and muscle power. Myosource Kinetic Bands put tension on the muscles in the core and lower body causing them to contract and react in each movement.
