Strength Exercises for Women with Ultimate Kinetic Bands / Resistance Bands

To boost your upper body, here are a few exercises you can try while wearing the upper body resistance bands. Follow Grace in the video as she quickly shows you the movements.

Push out with bands

Place the strap around your back, grab the handles of each side of the band and push out the bands. Punch in front of you, to the corners of the room and to the sides. Push both arms out at one time, or single arms.

Punch the ceilings

Grab onto each end of the band and punch the ceiling. This will tone and stretch muscles you didn't even know you had! This will also tone those "bat wings" as some women call them - the triceps areas!  This is a great upper body workout.  

Push-ups with the bands

Now these are hard for some women, but they are GREAT for your upper body workout / strength training! Place the bands around your back, grip the handles and get in push-up position.
