This step up drill may look easy but when you add Myosource Kinetic Bands it becomes a great intense challenging exercise for great foot contact to increase speed.
The Leg Speed & Foot Contact drill is a great leg workout exercise to add to any superset. Notice how this athlete maintains great full body posture to remain in balance and control with great form. His moves are short and he is able to execute each one with power and explosion off the floor. He is performing a jump style movement, which helps maximize his efforts to build strength with a force in each foot contact. It is important to remember to keep your back straight with your hips in line for the greatest results.
