I am a pear shaped 30 year old female. I have been trying to loose the " pesky" 15 pounds. I spent hours in bootcamp, spin, and kick-boxing classes, and also have tried sculpting classes with a personal trainer.
For over a year, my weight and measurements stayed the same, despite different suggestions from trainers on diet, and cardio changes. A visiting trainer suggested using Myosource bands for the lower body.
The lower body bands has given me the edge I have needed. I wear them at the gym on various cardio equipment, and can feel a burn in the areas I am wishing to target. Additional lower body exercises have helped me wear a smaller size pants! I have lost 8 pounds and counting,
