Basketball Guards

The Myosource Kinetic Bands are a resistance training tool that can be incorporated into a basketball guard’s conditioning and skills training, working the muscles by challenging  the player's movements. They are easy to use, lightweight, travel easy, and inexpensive. The Kinetic Bands are designed to keep a player’s core activated at all times so strength transfers to the lower body, while the upper body remains constant.

Basketball Guards

The Myosource Kinetic Bands provide the resistance basketball guards need to increase  speed for a break away, quick first step, and exploding through the defense. The tension of the resistance bands allow the athlete to build quick contracting muscles so they are able to get out of pressured situations and develop opportunities for their team to score. Training with the Myosource Kinetic Bands develops intense flexibility, endurance, and strength throughout the legs, hips, glutes and core muscles. Basketball players want to be agile and explosive when handling the ball so the defense considers them a constant threat.

Point Guards use the Myosource Kinetic Bands to increase jump height, stability, body control and endurance for shooting execution. Basketball players can also use Myosource Kinetic Bands to build muscle strength after an injury as well as injury prevention. Strong muscles built with the resistance bands are developed to withstand the wear and tear of basketball training, practicing, and games.
