How do I enter a coupon code?
ON A DESKTOP COMPUTER: A coupon code can be entered in the cart or on the checkout page. From "View Cart", there is a place to enter a coupon code in the right column. If you miss the prompt in the cart, you can enter a valid coupon code in the "Order Summary" box on the checkout screen where it says: "Promo/Gift Certificate" and click "Apply". You will see that your order total has changed, reflecting the discount. You can then choose how you wish to pay, enter any instructions or comments if desired, and then click on "PLACE ORDER" to complete your purchase. If you experience any problems, please contact us. Note: Only one coupon code can be used per transaction

How can I remove duplicate products from my cart or make adjustments?
At anytime during the checkout process, prior to completing your order, you can adjust your cart by clicking on "View Cart" at the very top of the page. Once you have the cart open, you can adjust the quantity by clicking on the quantity drop down box in each item row or if the item in your cart has options, you can change them by clicking on "Change" under the item description. To remove the item from your cart completely, click on the "X" at the end of the item row. ***NOTE: After you are done making changes, make sure your changes have been applied and updated properly in your cart. This message should appear above the cart "The contents of your cart have been updated!" If you are unsure, you can click the "Update Cart" button on the left side (under the cart contents). Once the cart contains only the items you wish you purchase, you can click on "Proceed to Checkout" and follow the prompts to complete the purchase. If you continue to experience problems, please contact us.
I don't have a credit card, can I still purchase your products?
Domestic Orders: If you do not have a credit card there are several options. If you have a checking account, PayPal can process an e-check. Keep in mind it takes approx. 5-6 days to process and we will ship once we have confirmation from PayPal that the process in complete. You can also mail a money order, payable to Myosource Kinetic Bands, to: 10557 Widmer Rd, Lenexa, KS 66215. Please allow an extra day or two to process the money order and be sure to provide contact information for you in case we have any questions. We also need legible instuctions as to what you wish to order and the exact shipping address where you receive mail. You can go through the checkout process to determine the correct amount due including shipping and tax if applicable. We also accept pre-paid gift cards (see below for details).

Do you accept pre-paid gift cards?
Yes we do accept pre-paid gift cards as long as they are issued by a major credit card company (Visa, Mastercard. etc.) and have a 3 or 4-digit security code that must be entered at checkout. Please keep in mind that most gift cards need to be registered before you can use them online. If you have a Walmart Gift Card, you will need to register it at WalmartGift.com before using it.
Where can I purchase Kinetic Bands and other Myosource Kinetic Bands Products? Are they sold in stores?

Do you accept purchase orders from schools?
Yes, we do accept purchase orders from schools within the United States only. Click this link to find out more about submitting a purchase order for your school. Kansas Schools will be charged sales tax unless they provide a copy of their Sales Tax Exemption Certificate for our records.
The Kinetic Bands rub my thighs. Is this normal?
No, there should be little to no rubbing. If the bands are rubbing it usually means the straps are placed too high on the leg. The straps should be placed approximately one to two inches above the knees. Click on the following link for a demonstration of how to put Kinetic Bands on correctly so they won't rub.
How do I access my free video training downloads?
A link to access the video downloads was sent in your order confirmation email. If you need the email resent, please contact us here and be sure to provide your name and/or order number. Note: The link is also included on the front page of the brochure that was mailed with your order.
There was an issue with the bands sliding up or down on the legs when we first gave them a trial run. I don't know if this is something that can be avoided..kind of annoying.
It is not normal for the Kinetic Bands to slide on the legs. If the bands are sliding, then one of two things is happening: 1) One or both of the leg straps are not placed correctly on the legs or 2) The straps have been placed over a slippery type of fabric. Suggestions: Try placing the straps directly on the legs or over a non-slip fabric. We also suggest reviewing this demonstration of how to put Kinetic Bands on correctly so they won't slide on your legs.
Why do the sets of green and red resistance bands have one long band and one short band?
This new design was introduced in early April 2011 to provide additional hamstring activation to equalize the level of resistance for the hamstrings and quadriceps. The sets of blue power bands and youth red and yellow bands are still the same length.
If I order right now, when will my order ship?
We ship same or next business day (Monday through Friday). Orders placed before 2:00 pm CST (Central Standard Time) Monday through Friday will ship that day. Orders placed after 2:00 pm CST may ship but are not guaranteed to ship. Orders placed after 2:00 pm CST on Friday will ship the following Monday. This schedule will affected by national holidays observed by the United States Postal Service. Any other deviations to this schedule will be clearly posted in this section.

How can I calculate how much shipping will cost me before I decide to purchase?
The best way to determine how much shipping will cost you (and sales tax if you live in Kansas), is to add the items you wish to purchase to the cart and use the built in calculator in the cart. Look for this link: "Estimate Shipping & Tax" just below the subtotal. This will provide the exact shipping charges (and sales tax if applicable) for your order in US Dollars (USD). If you make changes or adjustments to your cart you can (and should) recalculate. International Orders: Please keep in mind that duty taxes and import fees are not calculated by us as every country is different on what they charge their residents to import items from other countries. What do I do when USPS.com shows my package was delivered, but I have not received it?
Your package will be delivered by your local postal carrier and if the package is too large to fit in your mailbox or the mailbox is too full, they will sometimes deliver it to the apoartment complex office (if applicable) or take it back to the post office to await pick up by you. They generally leave a note in the box, but that doesn't always happen. Most of the time missing packages can be found in one of these locations, so please contact them first. Contact us if you have checked these places and are stll unable to locate the package. ***Please Note: If a package is not picked up from the local post office within their specified time period or if the shipping address you provided was incomplete or incorrect, the package is usually returned to us and additional shipping charges may apply to re-ship the package.

I live outside the United States. Will I have to pay duty taxes or other import fees and if so, how much?
Most if not all countries charge import fees and/or duty taxes for products you purchase in other countries. These requirements vary by country and by the value of the product(s) you import. You, as the purchaser/importer, are required to pay these fees/taxes and it is our responsibility to correctly state the value of the shipment in United States Currency when we ship it. In some countries, gifts are treated differently, but you must notify us prior to shipping so "gift" can be displayed on the customs declaration. You will have an opportunity to send us a message at the time you place the order. We are providing a few links to helpful information for some of the countries we ship to frequently. We recommend you search for and review the customs information for your country prior to placing your order so you know what to expect to pay in fees/taxes once your package arrives. Will I have to pay sales tax?
At this time, sales tax is only charged on orders shipped to an address in the state of Kansas, USA. Kansas schools and other tax exempt organizations will not be charged (or will be refunded if they placed their order directly online) only if/when they have provided a copy of their Sales Tax Exemption Certificate.
Why must I provide a phone number? What if I don't have a phone number?
The phone number is a requirement so that we can contact you easier if your order is returned to us for any reason. It is especially important on international orders because of the risk of your order being thrown away if customs officials need to reach you and no valid phone number is provided. If you do not have a phone number, then we suggest providing the phone number for a friend, relative, co-worker, or anyone that can forward the information to you. What does "Awaiting Fulfillment" mean under order status?
"Awaiting Fulfillment" means your order has been processed and is waiting to ship. Orders generally ship the same or next business day. Once your order ships, the status will change to "Shipped" and you will receive an email by the end of that day with the shipping details.
