Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied for any reason with any product you purchase from Myosource Kinetic Bands, you may return it to us within 30 days for a full refund of the product purchase price, less shipping and handling. We strongly recommend that you pay for delivery confirmation when shipping it back to us.

We will replace any damaged parts within 30 days of purchase whether the damage occurs during shipping or product usage.

All refunds will be credited to the method of payment used for the original purchase (please allow 3-5 business days from receipt of the returned item(s) for the credit to be issued). You will receive a confirmation email when the refund is complete. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.

Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped same or next business day!*

Domestic Orders

Shipping fees are calculated by order total and begin at: $2.95 for domestic standard delivery (2-4 Business Days) and $7.95 for priority delivery (1-3 Business Days). Please use the shipping calculator in your cart to determine the exact shipping fee.

International Orders

International orders weighing less than 4 lbs are sent via First Class Mail International Package through the United States Postal Service (USPS) and generally arrive within 10-15 days (7-10 days for orders to Canada). However, it can take as long as 3-4 weeks for some locations. Orders weighing 4 lbs or more are sent via USPS Priority Mail International or USPS Priority Mail Express International. Orders shipped to Canada also have UPS Canada Standard as a delivery option.

***PLEASE NOTE: All orders shipped through USPS will be delivered by your local postal carrier. If your order has not arrived or shows a "delivered" status at usps.com, we suggest contacting your local post office or apartment complex office (if applicable) prior to calling. Packages are usually located at one of these locations. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions.

Some international orders may be subject to duty taxes and/or import fees which are not included and are the responsibility of the recipient. These duty taxes and/or import fees are due at the time of delivery. Please check with your local customs office for details.
