How to Determine Which Set of Kinetic Bands® is Right for You

We offer sets in 2 levels because younger (smaller) athletes need shorter bands to provide the resistance they need to maximize results.

LEVEL 1 - Recommended for Ages 12 and Under (or smaller users who weigh less than 110 pounds or 50 kg)

The bands in this package are shorter than our standard set and come with 1 longer band (attach to the front D-rings on both leg straps) and 1 shorter band (attach to the back D-rings on both leg straps). The shorter bands ensure youth or small framed athletes get the correct resistance.


This set includes 4 sets of resistance bands.

LEVEL 2 - Recommended for Ages 13 and Over (or average sized users who weigh 110 pounds (50 kg) or more)

Each set of resistance bands contains 1 long band (placed in front) and 1 short band (placed in back).


This set includes 4 sets of resistance bands.
