I am writing to give a BIG THANKS to you for the service and the product.  I received the product and my wife and I love using it.  Its very efficient and easy and not depressing like other sports machines/training devices we tried so far.  We are ordinary people, not athletes in any case, but we have so much fun with the kinetic bands.  Thank you so much!  It's a great product.
