A great piece of equipment that is used with the Space Saver Gym is Myosource Upper Body Powerbands.  Myosource Powerbands unit includes 4 different levels of resistance:

Green (Beginner)

Red (Strong)

Blue (Power)

There are also Black (Advanced Strength)
