It is a New day and time for new booty exercise. Are you ready to tighten and tone your butt / glutes / backside? You know those glute push downs people do on the assisted pull-up machines? Well if you do not have one of those pull up machines then this is an even better alternative. I performed 4 sets of 20 /per side while standing on a small bench and here's why I liked these better – Makes this both a glute push down and a glute kick back all in one and it forces you to use nothing but the glute which means maximum glute activation (unlike an assisted pull-up machine where you can end up using your entire body weight to push the weight down). It is simple to adjust the start position by taking into consideration how flexible you are and how much of a glute stretch you want. This really makes you focus on your mind muscle connection, you can't really use momentum on this or you'll end up flying off the step, so every rep is slow and controlled which makes every rep maximize the results.
