We are all busy and looking for ways to save time. This video focuses on losing belly fat and burning calories. Put on your Myosource Kinetic Bands and perform the following 3 ½ minute abs exercises to quickly sculpt your abs.
We all need motivation when we are trying to burn fat, lose weight, get fit, get healthy, and increase our energy level. Our Summer Challenge to Get Healthy is underway and I am looking forward to hearing about your first week. If you have not started our Summer Challenge to Get Healthy then there is no time like the present. Our second week starts tomorrow so lets weigh in and take those measurements to find out how week one went. I am anxious to hear about the simple steps you took to simply change your eating habits and how you gave yourself "me time" to work out. I have been using the Myosource Upper Body Kinetic Bands to firm up those dreaded saggy underarms and continuing to use Myosource lower body kinetic bands while walking, swimming, and cleaning the house.
How were those fresh fruits and fresh vegetables this week? We’re you able to grill some lean meat, refrain from having seconds or thirds, walk wearing Myosource Kinetic Bands during your lunch hour, or get out and play with the kids in the yard while wearing your bands? These may seem like small steps, but getting results from the small steps are very motivating to increase our activity and improve our eating habits.
A simple step for you to get started may be by just cutting your portions in half or snacking on blueberries, rasberries, seeds and nuts instead of chips and cookies.
