    I love them and so does my husband. It doesn't slide at all. It stays in place and I use them everyday. I tried the workout and i feel them.

    There is no yield to these bands

    Great looking and comfortable, but have absolutely no yield regardless of the difficulty of the band. They all "give" about an inch or two at most and that is with a decently strong athlete.

    Cool concept and will find other uses for, but not really functional for most people.
