Our Stunt Straps are a great stretching and warm-up tool for everyone!
Originally designed to help cheerleaders stretch with out putting any unnecessary stress on joints, but they're great for dancers, gymnasts, any athletes or less active people who just need to stretch out.
Stunt Straps are a great tool for helping cheerleaders pull their scorpions and heel stretches.
HEEL STRETCH: Put one foot in a loop and pull the strap up and across your body from the side.
SCORPION: Put one foot in a loop and pull the strap hand over hand above your head. When the strap starts to get tight, extend your arms straight up above your head. This motion pulls the leg up for a full stretch instead of directly to the head.
