Lunges Workout and Squats that turn into success:
This video is part of our Total Body Fitness Workout, including stretching and warming up the legs, thighs, hips, glutes, core and upper body. The goal is to utilize resistance the entire time so that every portion of the leg workouts and butt exercises are beneficial. This means getting more cardio and intensely firing all the muscles from right above the knees all the way up through the lower abs / core to help burn more calories, burn more fat, build strength, tone and firm. Lunges Workout: Forward Lunges, Side Lunges and Back Lunge Lunges workout - Sequence– 10 on each side
Start with a forward lunge directly into a side lunge and then back lunge as shown in the video - a great lunge workout will increase the results and you will love the look. It will not take long to feel the muscles firing !!
Squat Knee Up: In a standing position with the feet apart go into a squat position and come up raising the right knee first. The hands will come forward on the down position and to the sides on the up position
Squat Hop:Get in the squat position and perform small hops. Staying in the resistance will increase the benefits.
