In the video above Lauren is working on strength building in her legs, thighs, hips, glutes and core while working her upper body at the same time for a great full body workout.  This is a great way to tone and sculpt while performing reps and sets to target the leg muscles on leg workout day.  This is an intense but short leg workout designed to build strength and power in the lower body while targeting the muscles in the hamstrings and thighs.  These leg workouts are simple moves that the beginner can perform as well as the elite athlete.  Notice how Lauren only rests for a short time between sets.  She is able to move from one leg strength exercise to the next with little rest in between and she is feeling the burn.
