This video is of Skye Nestler IFBB Pro and Personal Trainer working with her client testing Myosource Kinetic Bands for the first time. Myosource Kinetic Bands challenge the user with every leg strength movement activating more muscles and increasing cardio benefit while she is running. The key to Myosource Kinetic Bands is allowing functional movement in all directions starting and stopping as the users moves during her leg workouts. Adding Myosource Kinetic Bands to her leg workouts is making her work harder which develops leg strength and is intensifying all of her moves as well as activating more muscle fibers. She can definitely feel the difference in her leg workouts and plyometric workouts with the Kinetic Bands activating the muscles in each movement.
