This video of goalkeeper training focuses on SAQ plus strength work specifically for Soccer GoalKeepers. This specific session shows the progression from strength work using Myosource Kinetic bands as resistance to agility ladder variations followed by some plyometric work. Soccer field players trot, jog and sprint during an entire game. Their endurance level has to excel because they are in constant motion. Soccer goalkeepers training on the other hand must prepare to use burst of energy to catch blazing shots, use their foot speed to get from one end of the goal to the other, jump, bound, dive, dig and more when the ball is at their end of the soccer field.
