This week we are highlighting Myosource Kinetic Bands Soccer training with Chochi Valenzuela of Speed Trainers USA
Chochi Valenzuela is the director of Speed Trainers USA. His goal is to teach soccer coaches and soccer players how to train to receive the greatest results in the shortest time frame possible. Chochi trains with the purpose to get great results in less time. Coaches know there is only so much time each week to practice and using that time to excel past the competition is a key factor in training and coaching.
In the above video Chochi is having soccer players use Myosource Kinetic Bands to fire the muscles in the legs, hips and glutes. The tension allows soccer players and all other athletes to work on their speed, quickness, agility, and endurance all while working on sport specific skills to maximize training time.
A few Keys to Success:
1. Everyone wants to increase his or her speed. Speed will build more confidence in soccer players in order to maximize potential.
2. Use tools and activities that coincide with your current soccer training – Simply put Myosource Lower Body Leg straps on above the knees and connect the kinetic bands. The bands will not limit or restrict movements and allow for full range of motion so they are great to simply incorporate into stretching, warm ups, and practice and are great for maximizing results in less time.
3. Excel past the competition to take home the “W” in those close games. Become more explosive and powerful to out last the competition.
4. SPEED, SPEED, and more SPEED – Everyone wants to increase their speed. Speed will build more confidence in soccer players in order to maximize potential. Notice in the video that the soccer players are actually enjoying their training – the goal is to maximize their time so they enjoy the time they are practicing.
Myosource Kinetic Bands are great for Soccer players for stretching exercises, warm ups, strength training, speed training, increase reaction time, develop muscle memory, strengthen the knees and ankles, build muscle, better balance, explosive muscle reactions, endurance, flexibility, mobility, stamina, and much more.
