Each set of bands has one longer band and one shorter band. The long band attaches to the front D-rings on each leg strap and the shorter band attaches to the back D-rings on each leg strap. The shorter back band helps fire the hamstrings and glutes at a more equal level with the quadriceps.

Recommended for users who weigh 110 pounds (50 kg) or more

    I like how they add resistance when I walk / run but the bands are breaking. I don't see an option to just buy the short green or there is not an option to even buy a blue band in the shorter length. It is the short ones that keep breaking.

    Bands for Gymnasts

    Both my daughters use these to help with their straddle and split jumps! As level 10 & 8 gymnasts, I still see how it helps them with their stretches. Have used these for years and will continue. Highly recommend. Thank you!

    Great product for multi-directional training. As a martial arts practitioner, I find this product great for developing strength and endurance around the hip and gluteal region.

    I like my bands a lot because they're helping with my hip flexors, hamstring, and lower body movement. I get to use them while I'm actually playing on the court too.

    This is an excellent tool to enhance your workouts. I love options to vary the resistance. Depending on the activity I am doing. I highly recommend them for the serious athlete.

    I only gave it 3 stars because I only had it for a few weeks and it works for now. I had bought a green one and one of the band tore the first month. So just waiting to see how long this will last.

    I re-ordered bands because--wait for it--I WORE them OUT. That's how much I use them, and I use them for martial arts training. I can kick with so much more power than I did before. I kick my dojo-mates with enough sizzle to know them backwards. They are like, "What the h**l was that?" It's a great feeling. I recommend the bands!
