How to Determine Which Set of Kinetic Bands® is Right for You
We offer sets in 3 levels because younger (smaller) athletes need shorter bands to provide the resistance they need to get results and advanced athletes will enjoy the new Elite Bands (black with metal clips) for their advanced workouts. Learn how to customize the fit of Kinetic Bands for younger athletes by cutting the leg straps in the video below.
Recommended for users who weigh less than 110 pounds (50 kg): The bands in this package are shorter than our standard set and come with 1 longer band (attach to the front D-rings on both leg straps) and 1 shorter band (attach to the back D-rings on both leg straps). This set includes 4 sets of resistance bands: Grey (Beginner), Light Green (Intermediate), Light Blue (Advanced), Yellow (Power).
Recommended for users who weigh 110 pounds (50 kg) or more: Each set of resistance bands contains 1 long band (placed in front) and 1 short band (placed in back). The shorter back band helps fire the hamstrings and glutes at a more equal level with the quadriceps. This set includes 4 sets of resistance bands: Red (Beginner), Orange (Intermediate), Green (Advanced), Blue (Power).
Recommended for Advanced Adult Athletes who weigh 110 pounds (50 kg) or more: This set includes 5 sets of resistance bands. It contains the same 4 sets from the LEVEL 2 set plus Black (Elite) bands with metal clips for the ultimate workout. Like all of our other sets of resistance bands, the elite bands also have 1 longer band which is placed between the front D-rings on each leg strap and 1 shorter band that should be placed between the back D-rings on each leg strap.
