Six Pack Abs for Summer – Train with Myosource Suspension Trainer and Myosource Kinetic Bands

Got some great abs news for you. Check out this great abs workout. This video is of Coach McQueen from Myosource Kinetic Bands who is working with personal trainer, Rob using the Myosource Suspension Trainer to work the core. You will be able to fire the abs throughout this superset of standing plank, push up pikes, and push up knee up. The abs will have no time to rest during this fast workout with the Myosource suspension trainer. You can use the suspension trainer at the gym or at home with our door stop.
The goal is to take 3 exercises and go 20 seconds, 20 seconds, and 20 seconds applying constant tension to the core and especially the abs. Try to perform 4 sets of each exercise at the 20/20/20. Those abs will start forming quickly. During the push up to a pike the triceps will also be firing. This may be a difficult exercise and if it is you can modify the exercise by performing the pushup from your elbows or just perform the pike without the pushup. Each individual is at a different level so so perform this abs workout at your level and push yourself to get to the next level.
In the video Rob also has the lower body kinetic bands on so he is getting extra resistance. He is activating his core and upper body as well as adding cardio.
