The speed ladder drills in this video are great for improving fast feet speed, overall quickness, balance, stability and body control.   Myosource Kinetic Bands help accelerate speed training goals by challenging the athlete to work harder through every step sequence as the resistance activates more muscles in the legs, hips and glutes as well as increase cardio / muscle endurance.

Combining Myosource Kinetic Bands with great Speed ladder drills to work on fast feet and to increase speed is a great way to experience a difference in your training quickly.  Athletes all over the world are finding that this combination is great for quick first step, fast feet, lateral moves and acceleration speed.  Many athletes have to change direction quickly and these drills help build strength in the legs, hips, thighs, glues and core for rapid change of direction movements.

Performing speed ladder drills and training with Myosource Kinetic Bands are both awesome tools individually but when combining them the training intensifies and the results increase.  If you are ready to get started on some intense speed training these drills are great.  These speed ladder drills should be performed 1-2 times per week to start and make sure to focus on balance, stability and body control.   It is also so important to work on fast feet footwork.  Get those feet off the ground as quickly as possible in each step.  The arms also play a vital role in speed. Make sure to drive those arms in each speed ladder movement.  If the arms move slowly and the feet move slowly it just makes sense that the body will move slow.
