Sprint Training and Speed Training in the Swimming Pool - with Acceleration Speed Cord / Myosource Kinetic Bands

This Athlete is Speed training in the swimming pool adding resistance from the Acceleration Speed cord and Myosource Kinetic Bands Lower Body Bands to challenge himself in order to excel past the competition.  Myosource Acceleration Speed Cord applies resistance as the athlete drives through water challenging them to push harder then ever before.  Myosource Lower Body Kinetic Bands also apply resistance to each lower body leg, thigh, hip and lower core movement.  The combination of these great tools with the resistance of the water is really high functioning speed training.
