This speed & agility training video is a great example of how to use Myosource Kinetic Bands / Resistance bands to run faster, increase speed, improve muscle strength and endurance to develop explosive speed drive. The video shows how the bands are great for elevating the heart rate while working the legs,  hips, hip flexors and core to increase speed.  

The legs have some of the largest and strongest muscles in the entire body. These powerful strong muscles working together with intensely powerful glutes, hips and quads are capable of producing a lot of power if developed properly.  Leg strength speed workouts with Myosource Kinetic Bands / resistance bands will help elevate the heart rate quickly.  They also help generate speed strength as each user works through the resistance with driving force to perform each leg exercise / leg workout.

Notice in the video that the movements these athletes are performing are not difficult but they are intensified by each muscle being activated by the resistance as the athlete performs quick short moves. After just a short quick set the muscles will feel the burn.  When the muscles are activated quicker the athlete increases speed.  Work towards shortening breaks in between each set/round/move to progress rapidly.
