This segment of our Myosource Kinetic Bands training focuses on baseball players performing a great baseball dynamic warm up before practice or a baseball game. Dynamic warm up movements are the best way to prepare the muscles for a good workout or to get ready for a baseball game or other sport game, match, meet, or set. While we believe that the traditional jogging back and forth to the pole or to the line is a great start we want to go farther then that in our dynamic warm up into actual dynamic exercises that really prepare for the actions and demands of each particular sport.
As you can see in the video above, the baseball player is wearing Myosource Ultimate Kinetic Bands during this baseball dynamic warm up. The bands are worn right above the knees to activate the muscles in the lower body and the core. This includes the hamstrings, thighs, hip flexors, glutes and lower back. This dynamic warm up is warming up the body, increasing the blood flow, working on elasticity and flexibility, lubricating the joints and increasing the heart rate at a moderate level warming up to get ready for more intense action.Myosource Kinetic Bands add tension to each movement causing the muscles to react and contract. Baseball players will feel and see the difference the bands make after the first use. When the bands are unclipped the baseball player will feel lightweight and explosive. A key component of a successful Dynamic warm up is to challenge the baseball player or other sport athlete. We want to make sure they are not just going through the motions but that each and every warm up exercise creates a benefit and prepares the baseball player or other sport athlete to go through a training program or a game. The Myosource Ultimate Kinetic Bands will force baseball players to work a little harder, keep their hips in line and this will help with focus and concentration. This dynamic warm up could easily be used for all sports but we have chosen in this segment to focus on baseball.
