Figuring out how to burn fat during the holidays is not an easy thing to accomplish. Most of us put on our sweats and eat until were sick. There is food at the office, parties galore, family feasts, and snacks everywhere you go. It is also a time when working out is something that people say is their New Year’s Resolution instead of continuing the fat burning process throughout the holidays.
