This particular sprint training football drill is all about increasing speed for football using Myosource Ultimate Kinetic Bands. Myosource Ultimate Kinetic Bands will allow football players to perform sprint training in less time with greater results. Football players will need a softer surface and a wall to perform this football drill.
- Place body at a 45 degree angle
- Place your hands on the wall.
- Make sure your back is flat.
- With the kinetic bands around your legs, you will drive your knees up as if you were running. Do this with resistance for about 15 seconds.
- With the bands off, try doing this drill for 12 seconds. You're legs will be faster.
- Repeat these steps five to six times.
- Make sure you do this sprint training three times a week.
