Volleyball Drills - Vertical Jump Training using Myosource Kinetic Bands / Resistance Bands

In this video these AC Athletics volleyball players showed up ready to perform some high intensity volleyball training.  Our first rounds were leg strength training  The speed and agility ladder had these volleyball players working on quick feet with a deep squat and medicine ball reach (emulating a pass).  Notice how the stairs really had these volleyball players get after a monster leg strength workout.

The seated ball hop was performed to work on control and power to explode up.  The volleyball players were put in groups and each group continued to work by jumping rope, performing speed and agility ladder drills and more while waiting their turn to rotate into this stair jumping seated ball hop drill.  These are Rounds of 2 sets of 30sec on then 15sec off.ALL of this volleyball training is performed while using their Myosource Kinetic Bands / resistance bands to add resistance to each movement.  It is not difficult to see how the Myosource Kinetic Bands/ resistance bands are stimulating the muscles in each movement causing them to contract and react.  This is great volleyball training to increase speed, strength and power for explosive jumping.  Make sure to keep the body stable and in an athletic position to
