In this segment of our Volleyball strength training and conditioning training we are focusing on Upper Body Strength Training as well as working the core and lower body. We are combining the Myosource Upper Body Workout Kinetic bands for a great upper body workout and Myosource Lower Body Kinetic Bands for a great strength training workout to build upper body strength, lower body strength and cardio endurance. This is a great way to get in a full body workout.
