Volleyball Offseason Training Using Myosource Lower Body Kinetic Bands and Speed and Agility Ladder

This video shows volleyball players how to get in shape and train during the offseason using Myosource Kinetic Bands and a KB Quick Step Speed and Agility Ladder.   Myosource Kinetic Bands will increase a volleyball player's leg strength, flexibility, endurance, and explosion for higher jumps. The Kinetic Bands strength building process will increase spiking power, serving power, and the ability to get down low and dig the ball.
