Follow Personal Trainer Karla Cast through these great core strengthening exercises using the Myosource Kinetic Bands and KineticRT Suspension Straps.
Notice in the video that Karla is performing a variety of core strengthening exercises while wearing Myosource Kinetic Bands to increase the strength legs, hips and core muscles. She engages in a variety of core strengthening exercises so that she is able to activate each muscle over and over again to increase body control, balance and core strength. When Karla performs each core strengthening exercise she is targeting specific core muscles. Often she will move from one great core strengthening exercise to another to target ALL the core muscles. Make sure to perform all core exercises in a controlled manner to maximize safety and results. Out of control core exercises will result in an unstable core.
